Louis L. Picone is the best-selling and award-winning author of Grant's Tomb: The Epic Death of Ulysses S. Grant and the Making of an American Pantheon and The President Is Dead! The Extraordinary Stories of the Presidential Deaths, Final Days, Burials, and Beyond. Louis is the committee Chairman of the Grover Cleveland Presidential Library at his Birthplace in Caldwell, NJ. He holds a Master's in History and teaches at William Paterson University. Louis has spoken widely about the presidents, including the General Grant National Memorial, James A. Garfield National Historic Site, Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library, and the 2016 international conference "U.S. Presidents and Russian Rulers" at the Academy of Sciences in Moscow.
